Due to the handmade, limited-edition, or custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please make your selections carefully.

Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at novastudioshop@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to assist you.
