Shipping Policy – Nova Art Labs

At Nova Art Labs, we create high-quality, made-to-order art prints and deliver them with care to customers around the world.

1. Processing Time
All prints are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

2. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our trusted print labs.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
• United States: 5–8 business days after fulfillment
• Europe: 6–10 business days after fulfillment
• Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days after fulfillment
• Rest of world: 10–18 business days after fulfillment

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Customs clearance may add additional time in some countries.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required.

5. Tracking
All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once your order has shipped. Every shipment is fully insured.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Nova Art Labs is not responsible for carrier delays. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please contact the carrier first. If you need further support, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

7. Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nova Art Labs has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.

9. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
